The Warehouse Facilitator will be responsible for the coordination for all movement of product of a Distribution Center on a day-to-day work plan within specified productivity, cost and quality standards. The role manages center's personnel.

This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Laredo, TX

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate the activities of leased employees through the lead employee/s and/or administrative employee in the performance of receiving and shipping functions.


• Coordinate warehouse activities through the lead and administrative leased employees to assure good communications for the best customer service at proper economical levels.


• Responsible and accountable to monitor and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).


• Monitor, inspect and assist as needed in ensuring inventory, receiving and shipping records are updated in the computer systems.


• Update and report on monthly KPI reports.


• Interpret, apply and communicate through the lead and administrative leased employees the company policies and be responsible for adherence to shipping practices and goals which will avoid excessive or unnecessary costs.


• Prepare annual warehouse budgets and report monthly on results.


• Approve invoices related to each respective Distribution Center facility.


• Maintain system and equipment for conversions of water heater process.


• Verify and perform as needed for warehouse conversion of water heaters to ensure correctness of conversion and accuracy of UL conversion forms.


• Audit the quantity and method for storing inbound freight done by leased employees.


• Verify and check that out-bound shipments, that are routed by the lead leased employee, are done to assure economical freight costs, excellent customer service and per the Rheem routing guide.


• Verify and check for confirmation of all out-bound bills of lading.


• Inspect and assist as needed on customer will call or pickup shipments.


• Liaison for training of leased employees through lead leased personnel in job performance, proper safety habits, adherence to rules of good housekeeping and maintaining safe working conditions.


• Responsible for the coordination and taking of physical inventory as directed by management.


• Will operate lift truck and perform other manual duties as required.
