The Gallery Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the leadership team with all facets of the business. They are expected to deliver first-class service to our teams and our clients. Our support team will have a sense of personal style and a polished appearance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain partnerships within the gallery team


• Assist gallery team with all client related issues to ensure a luxury experience


• Pack all client ship-outs professionally and appropriately to avoid breakage


• Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase


• Properly ticket all merchandise in preparation to be displayed on the gallery sales floor


• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of all merchandising/visual directives


• Organization of stockroom allowing for quality presentation of product


• Assist with floor sets and furniture movement


• Assist in managing inventory preparation and execution


• Receive and process shipment in a timely manner to maximize productivity and minimize costs


• Collaborate with gallery team in area of risk management

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in similar role


• Strong interpersonal skills


• Mental flexibility


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities


• Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels


• Delivery of first-class service to our employees and our clients

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques


• Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office


• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
