Copper Ridge and Canyonwood - Redding, CA

• Copper Ridge Skilled Nursing and Therapy is Five Star ranked post-acute care with a personalized approach, offering Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Speech/ Occupational Therapy.
• Canyonwood Nursing and Rehab is a Memory Care Facilities community providing personal care, housing, and support services to seniors in a home-like setting.

The Opportunity

• Seeking physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Part time opportunity; 3 days per week (M-F) 8 hours/ shift
• See approximately 15-16 patients per shift in post-acute care setting
