DHL Express is now hiring a Ramp Control Tower Agent at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, KY. The Ramp Control Agent receives direct input from Ramp Managers and must interpret and coordinate information on operational entities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes operational performance reports, identifying areas of improvement


• Establishes / Maintains aircraft parking requirements within the CVG- DHL Express Ramp operation


• Provides and tracks ramp crew assignments based upon operational requirements


• Establishes clear lines of communication with functional operations groups, both internal and external to DHL Express


• Flight Crew communications via Air-to-Ground radio


• Provides operational performance / status reports to key stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


• Possesses strong analytical and communication (verbal/written) skills


• Ability to prioritize tasks and information


• Detailed in both planning and organization


• Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements in a short period of time


• Flexible shift requirements
