SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the development, deployment, configuration, support and maintenance of the Success Factors Employee Central module in support of Human Resource business processes. This role will support a global user community of Dentsply Sirona employees and is responsible for Employee Central, Profile, and Role based permissions. This role also serves as backup for other modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the expansion and further development of Employee Central and deployment of Employee and Manager Self-Service as it relates to the Success Factors platform.
  • Maintain all elements of Dentsply Sirona's HRIS Employee Central module, Profile, and Role Based Permissions.
  • Assist with Role Based Permission evaluation and optimization to standardize modules across the platform.
  • Perform security administration functions, including maintaining a security matrix for HRIS software access, configuring security within the applications, etc.
  • Assist with the education of the user community on HRIS Employee Central functionality (Hire to Retire) including the development of training materials, presenting training sessions, and assisting users on a one-on-one basis when needed.
  • Interface with Success Factors regarding on-going upgrades to the system and determine timing and roll out and training regarding upgrades to the user community.
  • Maintain user community documentation including application documentation, user manuals, etc. on Dentsply Sirona's HRIS intranet site.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the user community, including periodic on-call responsibilities.
  • Provide analysis and analytical support to the HR Department through creation of reports, spreadsheets and data grids as requested.
  • Provide support for reporting and overall metrics within the system.

TYPICAL BACKGROUND


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training, education and experience in Human Resources, Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field
  • Two plus years related experience with SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central
  • Human Resources education and experience leading a global HRIS are preferred
  • Experience successfully implementing global, complex projects is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information System software
  • Implementation of systems on a global basis preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Access Database software and Microsoft Project preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge in Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word is required
