Job Description:

The Splash In Administrator is a support role within Fuels Marketing Operations that drives effective and efficient Splash In operations. This role assists the Director, Splash In, the Splash In Field Manager, and the Splash In car wash locations in our network.  In short, this role manages the key administrative functions for Splash In that includes invoicing and A/P, scheduling preventative maintenance and tracking completion and compliance, document management, membership administration, key project administration, and effective communication of deliverables.


 


This position requires an in-depth understanding of Splash In Operations, accounting, and project management.  Success in this position will be measured by the incumbent’s effectiveness in managing the administrative work, independently, and communicating progress to free up Managers time to focus on sales building, development and overall business management activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Provides support to drive outstanding customer experiences for internal and external members of the Unlimited Club/membership program including following inquiries and opportunities through to resolution, utilization of the CRM, RFID administration, wash connect administration, and tracking and reporting.

  • Manages all Splash In invoices to include chemistry, maintenance and repair, capital replacements, etc. within TAP ensuring all invoices are coded and checked for accuracy before submitting for approval.

  • Manages the PM schedules to include pit cleanings, cleaning schedule, monthly P/M’s, door and heater inspections, etc. to ensure they are both scheduled and completed.

  • Communicates progress on a weekly basis on deliverables to all stakeholders.

  • Ensures training processes are always accurate; current and accessible to all team members by collaborating with and serving as an interface to Learning and Development team

  • Works with Risk Management on all Splash In Damage Claims to include filing the initial report with the insurance carrier, filing a claim internally, and providing surveillance footage in support of claims.

  • Provides general administrative support such as document maintenance, new vendor set up, letter/mailing preparation, marketing administration, uniform and supply orders, etc.
