GROOT, a subsidiary of Waste Connections is looking for a safety conscious CDL driver for a Swing Driver position at our largest hauling site located in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Garbage Industry experience is required for this position.

This is a Monday through Friday position, start time around 4 to 5 am with shift lasting about 8-11 hours. Overtime is paid after 40 hours. Occasional Saturday work is required.

In this position you will be working on both the residential and commercial sides depending on needs. You will be operating boom trucks, rear loaders, front loaders and roll-off trucks.

Job Requirements -

• Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement as a minimum.


• Clean Driving Record.


• Minimum of 2 years industry experience, preferably with commercial driving.
