Demonstrate the understanding of all required paperwork to include but not limited to, the Bill of Materials (BOM), Hour x Hour sheet, basic tool prints, communication boards, standard work documents, quality visuals
Demonstrate the capability to meet or exceed established production rates and standards
Follow basic work instructions on a daily basis with reasonable supervision
Position forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials, and transports load to designated area
Maintain production materials in work cells as assigned by supervisor
Accurately perform inventory and labor transactions
Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area
Perform daily inspection of material handling and associated equipment; notify appropriate support people if unable to resolve problem themselves
Correctly identify and tag both finished goods and raw components utilizing the current systems
Ability to direct load trailers with finished goods or components
Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations
Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded
Move trailers to and from the shipping docks to the yard
Verify incoming material counts and inspects incoming components to assure they meet A-TT Specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized material storage area
Address rework as required
Notify appropriate support person if unable to resolve problem themselves
Initiate and participate in continuous improvement through cost savings and kaizen or other related activities
Train others as needed
Complete paperwork timely and accurately
Ability to regularly perform job duties in conjunction with others in assembly area, while routinely being closely supervised
Work and communicate in a professional manner with all business associates
Follow all safety policies and procedures; including, but not limited to wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Other duties as assigned (including, but not limited to, training of others within job class, housekeeping, reporting labor & production, continuous improvement activities, etc.)

Education Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, bill of materials, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple instructions
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
Relevant Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates/Licensure/Training
Must be able to pass the Lock-Out/Tag-Out certification
Must pass CHESS test and demonstrate the ability to operate the RF guns and do transactions correctly
Must pass and maintain current industrial lift truck certification (to include reach truck, stand up & sit down lifts)
