Job Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Communications Systems Operator will be responsible for operating the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Six (6) months prior experience as Communications Systems Operator; OR, one year of College. Must have ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers. Must have pleasant telephone voice, and be able to work closely with other operators.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: No

WORK HOURS: 5:30a-6p

WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: Yes

ON-CALL REQUIREMENTS: No.
