Smiths Medical is currently hiring a Customer Service Supervisor that will work in our Keene, NH location and coordinate, supervise and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team.

* Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met; i.e. quality, utilization, schedule adherence, service levels and AHT

* Manage attendance and staffing levels to the workload

* Ensure training for new hires is complete. Complete training on new initiatives and mandatory refreshers as needed

* Promote and support a team-based positive, productive and customer-centric working environment

* Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment

* Provides coaching and development feedback to team, including formal corrective action

* Conducts annual performance reviews for team members

* Bachelors degree strongly preferred

* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required

* Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Previous Oracle knowledge is a plus

* Knowledge of order processing systems, shipping and freight processes helpful

* Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) required

* Strong planning and organization skills
