DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking an Executive Assistant (Administrative Support (EA)) to support the Product Manager Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP). PdM I3MP modernizes and delivers global network infrastructure, technologies, and capabilities worldwide in direct support to the Army, Joint Warfighters, and other mission and coalition partners, enabling strategic information sharing, enterprise services, and command and control while transforming the network into a centralized, more secure, operationalized, and sustainable enterprise.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

- Compiles and maintains records of established office activities, performing variety of clerical duties.

- Completes reports, provides information to customers and employees, routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

- Greets and assists visitors/ monitors the access of visitors.

- Date stamps incoming work and ensures documentation is completed in an expeditious manner.

- Establishes and processes work based on priorities.

- Examines incoming work to assure that adequate, complete information and data are provided for processing documents.

- Assists in the input of missing documentation.

- Reviews, determines format, and edits material submitted to PM.

- Assists in the preparation of briefing materials, as required, to include graphics and overall coordination.

- Maintains and updates Product Manager calendars and schedules, to include all travel arrangements in Defense Travel System (DTS).

- Assures that documentation is maintained in an accurate manner.

- Provides documentation to other installations, upon request.

- Uses computer to create, copy, edit, store, retrieve, and print a variety of standardized documentation.

- Makes insertions, deletions, corrections, and moves data from one place to another, as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

- Must be able to work with government provided software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

- Must be able to work independently.

- Must be detail oriented.

- Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

- Secret clearance.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Six (6) - (9) years' experience.

- Demonstrated experience managing travel in DTS.

- Working knowledge of AR 25-50 or comparable instruction.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.
