Job Description:

We are looking for Release Manager for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  This position responsible for detailing the release execution plan for each product in the portfolio orchestrating deployment and promoting code to production and coordinating communications regarding implementation including downtime impacts to business 

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as the point of contact for the portfolio into the release management team 

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to support a variety of releases highly complex legacy tech new tech 

  
  


• 
  

  Detail oriented organized to support complex processes 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable in working with senior executives 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong customer service focus willingness to serve 

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate release details to the portfolio and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination 

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the execution of all code deployments to Production and non Production environments 

  
  


• 
  

  Own Cos RFCs that are created to execute deployments 

  
  


• 
  

  Qualifications Proficient in XL Release Plutora ServiceNow Jira 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and presentation skills with a firm sense of accountability ownership for the end to end project lifecycle

  
  


• 
  

  Good to Have Knowledge of DevOps capabilities such as Continuous Integration and Delivery CICD Automated Testing
