Duties:
•Monitor drying equipment including dryers, fluid beds, bag houses and bulk transport systems •Troubleshoot equipment associated with the drying process •Perform duties associated with bulk material handling •Make sanitary connections for all DCIP, TCIP, COP and other forms of cleaning •Perform chemical tests and maintain day tank levels •Perform assigned preventative maintenance of drying equipment •Disassemble and assemble various machinery •Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation •Collect samples from bulk and kraft bags •Maintain a clean and sanitary environment •Be able to use independent judgment and work well on a team

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required •Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a must •Previous experience in a food processing department a plus
