Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety
Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook - Doing it Safe
Ensure a work environment which is safe and maintained where our people can safely grow and develop
Accountable for safe and efficient operation of powered industrial equipment
Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes and product damages accurately and according to processes
Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations
Complete forklift inspection and trailer inspections accurately and according to procedure
People

Receive product from production lines
Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
Cooperates with new ideas, actively participates in providing new ideas
Cooperative and responsive to the needs of co-workers and team members; courteous and respectful in dealing with others
Productivity
Operate a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocation, stacking and counting merchandise.
Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number product code, date code and other requires information are recorded
Assist with inventories per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
Perform receipts and inbound stock transfers accurately and according to procedures.
Complete forklift inspection and trailer inspections
Assure outbound trucks are loaded according to Crescent and Customer requirements with consideration for weight, balance and load security
Ensure the integrity lot code is maintained through every product movement process
Maintain targeted moves per hour
All other duties as assigned
Quality
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments and stages converts are accurate and free of damage
Report quality variances
Responsible for production accuracy and for providing feedback to management regarding errors
Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follows through with commitments.
Follows rules and code of conduct at work; demonstrates an ethical behavior at work
