Do you enjoy a fast-paced work environment? Are you a self-driven go-getter? Join SAS as a Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Team is seeking a dynamic, motivated and passionate professional to provide support across all business units.

Location: Cary, NC and surrounding areas.

How you will help our team:
Administer all aspects of HR transactions in HRIS (new hires, transfers, reorganizations, terminations, etc.).
- Provide general ad-hoc reporting support while ensuring data integrity, data privacy and analytics.
- Provide excellent customer service and acts a department liaison for inquiries at all levels.
- Collaborate on HR projects and initiative as assigned to the team.
- Bring forward ideas for streamlining and/or business process improvement.

What will make you stand out:
- Associate's degree preferably in Secretarial Science, Administrative Office Technology, Business or related fields.
- Two years of experience in an administrative/clerical work environment, preferably HR.
- Experience using Workday (HCM software)
- Experience with USCIS regulations for processing Form I-9.
