As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and insights for Unifi, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will create value by delivering timely, accurate analysis, and insight of operating results to internal stakeholders. You will also develop and complete forecasting and analysis processes that allow for optimal business management and accountability.
How will you play an integral role?
Support the period-end, quarterly and year-end internal and external financial reporting processes
Assist in variance analysis and insights on financial performance
Provide thorough input and feedback to the annual operating plan and long term plans
Use and leverage standard reports and digital tools to provide reports & forecasts, and generate insights and analysis of changes, key performance indicators, opportunities and risks, working with each functional area to understand and anticipate business results
Develop relationships within other departments and geographies and establish/implement best practices
Support Finance team in other areas, including special projects and requests, perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Contribute to and support an effective, highly competent and engaged Finance team.

Are you qualified for the position?
Required:
5 + years of progressive financial experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
Knowledge of financial accounting, GAAP, manufacturing costing and variances, planning and analytics
Experience in accounting period close, financial analysis, financial statements
Ability to work in various financial systems and processes
High proficiency in Excel (capable of building complex models using a wide variety of formulas/charts/graphs, and other functions such as Macros, VBA, etc.)
Preferred:
Background in one or more of: public accounting, manufacturing, economics
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or similar designation
Excel4Apps software experience
