We are growing and looking to hire Customer Care Support agents to join our team at our Allen, Texas location. Join Experian and join a great team!
Key responsibilities for this person include:
Open and scan department mail
Code mail by correspondence type and route to the appropriate department within the business unit
Process specialty correspondence
Screen mail to detect fraudulent activity
Navigate the scanning system and applications
Perform limited maintenance on the scanning system
Must have good computer skills
Requires good organization skills and be detailed orientated
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Must have the flexibility to work overtime
Must work well in a team environment as well as independent
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Requires 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
Must be able to work an 8-hour shift anywhere from 5:30 am -9:30 am Monday -Friday
