Our Defense Team supports our Nation’s warfighters, providing, operating and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of military operations. The AT&T Government Solutions Army Division, operating as a subcontractor of GDIT on the Revolutionary Information Technology Services (RITS) contract, will provide network management engineering and support services to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The USACE provides network services to numerous sites located throughout CONUS, OCONUS and in several international locations. The work location for this position is Vicksburg, MS.

AT&T has an opening for a Telecommunications Specialist to support the US Army Corps of Engineers, in providing LAN and WAN network support in the Enterprise Shared Services task on the RITS contract.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides operational support for voice and data, enterprise wired and wireless connectivity, and telecom services.
• Operate and administer voice, video, and data services to include:
• Validate designs and implementations meet customer service requirements and are compliant with DoD, Army, and USACE standards
• Configuration, testing, implementation, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure components such as switches, routers, wireless access points, fiber, and copper; support service optimization and tuning, ensuring security compliance
• Provide mobile device management (MDM) operation and maintenance support

Required Clearance:
SECRET (#secret)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field or 3 - 10 years of experience
• 8570/8140 IAM: IAT II.
• Security Cert: (CCNA Security, CySA+, GSEC, Security + CE, SSCP)
• Computer Cert: (CCNA or equivalent)
• IT Level: IT Level II

Desired Qualifications:
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
