A stand-alone Behavioral Health Psych Hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer. The CNO will work with this recently opened Behavioral Hospital that has 100+ patient beds and offers comprehensive adult inpatient mental health services and outpatient mental health services. In addition, the Mental Health CNO will lead this team as they expand their services to include substance abuse, geriatric care, and adolescent services.
The Behavioral Health Chief Nursing Officer will oversee all clinical inpatient and outpatient units at this comprehensive behavioral health center. A thorough understanding of community mental health programs, acute psychiatric care, and a passion for helping this patient population will provide a platform for the CNO to thrive. The Behavioral Health CNO will be supported with an impressive clinical team that bring incredible experiences and insights to the Senior Leadership Team. A collaborative and innovative spirit radiates in this facility. The Behavioral Health CNO will feel corporate and local support for strategic and growth initiatives.
As healthcare evolves and care delivery models change, this mental services hospital has adapted by offering outpatient telehealth services to both groups and one-on-one patients. The Psych Hospital also offers a unique Military Mental Health Program to treat and care for those military personnel.
The Behavioral Health Hospital CNO will enjoy living in this community.
