JOB SUMMARY
Manages the operational analysis and reporting activity for the overall Field Ops organization, providing direct operational analytics support to Corporate Field Operations groups. Supports the operational performance through ownership of operational and performance analysis, trending, forecasting and business impact analysis. Ensures consistency in analytical processes and adherence to established evaluation and measurement methodologies across the Field Ops Organization.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with Sr Field Operations leadership to define recurring and ad hoc operational reporting needs. Analysis and reporting may include technician productivity, trouble calls, repeat trouble calls, OTA, FRC, installation materials usage/fulfillment quantities and other recurring or ad hoc operational performance analysis or reporting.
Interfaces with corporate BI team as the Field Ops point of contact for the approval of management reporting hierarchy changes (DFO, TOM, etc.) within the data warehouse environment.
Participates in the Region s budgeting and forecasting process, particularly workforce budget and forecast data; plans budgets and forecasts and manages operational expenses.
Directs monitoring and review of reports and records of activities to ensure progress, and recommends changes in analytical methodology and/or performance reporting.
Makes data-based recommendations for process improvement and strategic business decisions.
Creates reports and data driven presentations with impact - identifies trends and occurrences in data and translates findings into various mediums including text, charts, graphs, displays, tables.
Directs and performs complex root cause analysis.
Attracts and retains effective staff through mentoring, coaching, development, appraisal and motivation techniques
Leads a team to meet business deliverables timely, and fosters a customer centric culture focused on supporting the needs of internal customers
Fosters a culture of consistency, accountability and continuous improvement
Performs other related duties, as assigned

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics or related field, equivalent training, education and experience
