Title: Developer
Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer systems, programs and integrations. Apply system-analyst techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or systems functional specifications. Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; prepare a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic. Analyze user information system needs and document the functionality and requirements. Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to meet user s needs. Develop and maintain Taleo Enterprise applications, Datastore DSX, ImageNow and databases by evaluating client needs; analyze requirements; develop software systems. Assist in the implementation of applications into production. Develop and revise program code based on clearly defined requirements. Perform maintenance on programs currently in production. Develop and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures and functions. Support the business with new enhancements in the applications. Define road map for system maintenance, new enhancements and product upgrades.
Education:
Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of software development experience. Experience must have included: Database design/administration (Design, implementation, modification); writing SQL queries, stored procedures and working with data in relational databases (Oracle). Experience in R19.A Taleo Recruiting and Transitions/Onboarding Implementation/Support. Experience in integrating Taleo with Oracle Cloud HCM using TCC and interfaces. Experience in Taleo Upgrade and TCC Upgrade. OBIEE, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher/OTBI. Datastore DSX and ImageNow. Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR.
