SR. FINANCIAL ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGER

The Sr. Financial Analyst is mainly responsible for analyzing, forecasting, budgeting and operating expenses in support of the company s goals and objectives, including partnering with R&D team in providing decision support for strategic product development and investment decisions. The Sr. Financial Analyst supports management on strategic and operations planning, performance monitoring and variance analysis. This position assists in financial evaluation of business opportunities and prepares analysis to determine past, present and future financial performance.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE KEEN TO TRY SOMETHING NEW:
* Analyze financial information and fulfill all duties required to effectively monitor and forecast operating expenses for the company;
* Analyze financial data, defining relevant information and interpreting the results for the purpose of determining past financial performance and potential risks and opportunities for the future;
* Coordinate regular business reviews for the supported functional areas, presenting financial overviews and communicating success areas and areas for improvement;
* Assist in the preparation of yearly budget and quarterly forecast development for the supported functional areas;
* Participate in assignments to enhance the operational and financial effectiveness of the supported functional areas;
* Develop various financial reports for forecasting, trending, budgeting and results analysis;
* Provide analytical support to other departments on an on-going basis. This includes analysis of current trends as well as what-if scenarios. The Sr. Financial Analyst is expected to be proactive in preparing analysis and using it to drive changes in the business as supported by his/her manager;
* Produce ad hoc analysis and reports as required;
YOU ARE:
* BA/BS in Finance, Accounting required.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance.
* Minimum of 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
* Communication skills that clearly present ideas, theories, and technical financial information to executives, operation, and managerial staff, both formal and informal
* Extensive computer skills, particularly advanced level in Excel is a must. Experience in SAP is preferred.
* Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Must be proactive and able to work independently in a variety of financial activities.
