Your Mission

Overview

For over 40 years, DiaSorin has been on a mission on five continents to develop, produce and commercialize diagnostic tests for a wide range of clinical areas. Our tests are designed for hospitals and private testing laboratories, in the markets of immunodiagnostics and molecular diagnostics.

Main Responsibilities

We have a need for a Program Manager who will be responsible for helping establish and execute strategic and tactical plans for supporting business needs. They will drive continuous improvement by managing individual projects, improving business processes and helping lead integration and harmonization initiatives with corporate and other sites. Through your knowledge and expertise, you will partner with functional leads and stakeholders, provide clear expectations of strategic and tactical plans to achieve Key Performance Indicators including, safety, quality, customer delivery and cost. You will enjoy communicating and coordinating with cross functional teams while developing teams to be engaged, motivated, knowledgeable and accountable to results.

Technical Competencies

  • Bachelor degree in business or engineering discipline


  • 5 years strong project / program management background managing business, Lean and technical projects, preferably within the medical operations industry or other regulated business


  • PMP Certification preferred


  • Strong structured Lean or Sig Sigma experience, preferably having earned certifications


  • Robust analytical experience with labor content, capacity modeling and financial assessment


  • High competency with preparing and presenting presentations and proposals


  • Ability to facilitate meetings, ask the right questions, problem solve, drive decisions and plans


  • Interpersonal skills such to gather and share information while putting others at ease

    Skills


    Advanced oral and written communication skills, ability to report-out to Executive leadership



  • Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships


  • Knowledge of and ability to follow ISO 9001 and 13485 and 21 CFR 820 guidelines and practices


  • Familiarity with Design Control and Project Management principles desirable.


  • Advanced computer systems skills such as MRP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project


  • Ability to maintain accurate records with a high level of initiative and attention to detail


  • Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
