We are seeking a Loan Set-up Specialist to support our Loan Operations department both on site at our Operations Center located in Westerly, RI and remotely as directed.

This position is responsible for the on-boarding and review of all mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans onto the Bank's Core Servicing system.

Responsibilities:

Accurately and promptly set up/enter mortgage and consumer loans

-
Review all mortgage and consumer loans

-
Monitor and update daily new loan reports for various quality measurements

-
Process consumer and mortgage modification agreements to existing loans

-
Process any Financial transactions and adjustments adhering to departmental service quality standards

Actively monitor procedures and recommend changes

Requirements:

-
High school diploma or GED

-
2-3 years baking experience, or its equivalent (i.e., other financial services, or mortgage company)

-
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

-
Accounting skills, clear understanding of debits and credits

-
Basic PC and Microsoft Word and Excel skills

-
Demonstrated effective communication skills
