Senior Contract Specialist for U.S. Government Client

YOUR ROLE

-

Perform various contract administration responsibilities, which include all functions from cradle to grave to support an effective acquisition strategy

-

Develops strategies and executes action necessary to address SAP actions, RFQs, RSPs, IFBs

-

Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), and cost and price analysis

-

Performs and evaluates market research and trends; assists with program control and tracking

-

Development of writing performance criteria/requirements to create Statements of Work

YOU BRING

-

Current TS/SCI (polygraph desired)

-

Bachelor's degree (DAWIA Level II or III or FAC-C certification in the field of contracting desired)

-

Must have 12 years of progressively complex government contract experience

-

Experience administrating and managing firm fixed price, time and materials, and cost reimbursable contracts; knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) and acquisition planning
