Position Overview:

The primary duties of the Process Improvements Specialists are to support the Service Operations Office, the Service Performance Office, and the Corporate Services Office in the areas of service performance reporting, status reporting to leadership, Secure IT Operations Board (SIOB) support, and maintenance/development of TO SharePoint sites.

Responsibilities:
-
Prepare graphics, charts, and analyses in support of routine and ad hoc IT service performance reporting as required.

Provide subject matter expertise in recommending, defining, and implementing processes that are not currently in place to enable improved efficiencies or recommend improvements to current processes.

Provide subject matter expertise in delivering automated solutions to improve business operations and gain efficiencies for the Secure Operations Group as requested by leadership.

Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices by developing Office SharePoint sites as required by each functional area of the organization.

Provide subject matter expertise in managing the content by ensuring currency and accuracy of information presented on the Secure Operations Groups and its Offices SharePoint sites.

Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices management by ensuring official taskers, Key Component (KC) Weekly Activity Reports and ad hoc action/initiatives are completed and submitted on time.

Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices Leadership by supporting the development of intra- and inter-agency Memorandums of Agreement and/or Memorandum of Understanding by submitting draft recommendations as requested.

Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices senior management by providing fact sheets, white papers, or similar artifacts as required and requested by management.

Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices in coordinating required preparation for recurring meetings; this includes Staff Meetings, Division Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Town halls.

Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices by assuring assigned tasks for the CIO-T current Fiscal Year Action Plan Tracker are accurate and updated in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
-
Active TS/SCI security clearance
-
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in distinct functional or cross-functional analysis/assessment methodologies and associated tools. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e., Government and industry).

Relevant knowledge of CMMI and ISO methodologies and best practices.
-
Experience in designing new processes to direct implementation activities.
-
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Management or Business-related field
-
Certifications: CMMI, ITIL (must get within 6 months of position start)

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance..
