I. Job Summary
Oversees employees and activities related to revenue management.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

- Plans, coordinates and supervises the collection, analysis and consolidation of sales activity data and the preparation of scheduled reports.
- Coordinates and reconcile cash and credit card receipts and ensures proper credits are received.
- Plans, schedules and assigns work activities involving sales data collection, credit card investigation, account collection activity, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation functions.
- Monitors employee activities; assists with problems and acts as necessary to ensure work quality standards and planned schedules are maintained.
- Interacts with customers as necessary to resolve account problems.
- Prepares closing entries and detailed scheduled reports of sales activity and other financial matters.
- Reviews and reconciles assigned accounts on a monthly basis, checks and resolves account discrepancies.
- Performs various activities to backup and maintain the flow of work in the department.
- Oversees personnel needs of the department including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
- Assists in the preparation of statements and month end closing.
- Analyzes cash from sales data to ensure accounts are credited properly and prepares daily report.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting sales, pricing and capital usage.
- Optimizes the customer journey and process Improvement.
- Develops pricing strategies for all revenue generating activities.
- Communicates with our internal and external customers.
- Responsible for Client retention and pricing improvement goals.III. Supervisory Responsibilities

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

- Education: Bachelor's Degree, (accredited) in Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Seven (7) years previous experience (in addition to education requirement).B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
