Job Summary: The Digital Experience Product Team (DX) is responsible for a robust Equinix Customer Portal (ECP) used across all segments of the Equinix customer base and generates over 1MM transactions annually. The DX team is looking for an energetic Recent College Graduate to serve as a Product Manager to be part of a team to extend the ECP application to a consolidated global platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of new product features through ideation to deployment.




• Manage the ECP backlog and work with the DX Product team to help manage the feature roadmap.




• Coordinate with Engineering to develop and manage a proactive method to address production issues.




• In coordination with the Customer Experience team, proactively manage the ECP feedback loop in order to identify feature gaps and areas to improve the customer experience.




• Manage and execute multiple UAT initiatives to ensure E2E coverage of key features and functionalities across various cross-functional teams.




• Interface with business and technical stakeholders to create a UAT plan including the preparation of the UAT Scope, UAT data/accounts and UAT test cases.




• Support the creation, tracking, and management of budgets, work plans and SCRUM rosters.




• Develop and define success metrics to measure against KPIs and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of work experience - Relevant experience would be in Product Management/Project Management in a High Technology field, preferably in a Digital Experience role.




• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business Administration (MIS), Engineering, or other related field desired.




• Experience managing Aha! Roadmap Software preferred.




• Experience utilizing Jira project tracking software preferred.




• Experience with Qualtrics Survey Software preferred.




• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.




• Knowledgeable in conducting user acceptance testing or software QA testing.




• Past experience working in an Agile environment, or a keen understanding of the Agile framework.
