- Follow safety procedures.
- Digitally assigns product to machine.
- Remove full product from the machine.
- Digitally print material identification.
- Write material identification on material.
- Place empty beams in machine.
- Wrap yarn around the beam.
- Visually verify product for correctness
- Fix breaks in the product.
- Sweep around production area.
- Work with other associates to prepare machine for start-up.
- Use compressed air and dust mask to clean machine.
- Walk machine several times for 1 hour set up period.
- Read product specification for setup
- Digitally enter specification information.
- Use visual inspection to identify non-conforming products
- If operator identifies non-conforming material, operator notifies production manager and/or technician.

The following items are required:
- Use of provided knife to cut product.
- Lifting 20-30lbs of waste.
- Carry machine set up tools (10 lbs.) up to 50 feet.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: FREQUENCY, AMOUNT, OR DESCRIPTION

Standing: Ability to stand while operating machine 95% of day
Sitting: Ability to sit down for a meeting 5% of day
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 30lbs multiple times per day 20% of day
Climbing: Ability to walk upstairs, steps, etc. 40% of day
Push/Pull/Reach: Ability to push/pull/reach for material 20% of day
Bending: Ability to pick up objects from the floor 10% of day
Visual Acuity: Ability to look at product, and computer screens 95% of day
Walking: Ability to walk around the machine 90% of day
Housekeeping Ability to maintain a clean and organize work area 5% of day
