Job Description:

Duties include:

• Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates Medicaid health services programs


• Coordinates and presents COVID-19 updates as a program expert via webinars and publications


• Conducts strategic planning for division such as budget preparation, policy development, and professional development


• Serves on the executive leadership team


• Supervises three department managers (provider network, access & integration, and clinical) and two data professionals

• Completion of graduate core program in business, management or public administration, public health, health administration, social or behavioral science or public finance;


• 48 mos. exp. in planning & administering health services program or health services project management (e.g., health care data analysis, health services contract management, health care market & financial expertise; health services program communication; health services budget development, HMO & hospital rate development, health services eligibility, health services data base analysis).

OR 12 months experience as a Medicaid Health Systems Administrator 3, 65297.
