Sr HRIT Application Analyst-Compensation & Benefits at Cummins in Columbus, Indiana

Job Description:

 In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:


  • Lead IT work for Compensation & Benefits projects including GlobalView (SAP Payroll), eTime/Kronos (HR Time Management) 

  • Support a range of HRIT projects such as HR Case Management

  •  Collaborate with functional team, manage planning and execution of IT tasks on projects and ensure timely completion of project

  • Work closely with offshore development team to ensure integrations cover all aspects of functional design

  • Manage ITOM process, including completion of IT artifacts and Milestone reviews

  • Partner with Cybersecurity and Ethics and Compliance teams to ensure all IT solutions remain in compliance

 To be successful in this role you will need the following:


  • Strong project management, business analysis and problem-solving skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience required

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required

  • Team player with a can-do attitude

  • Desire and aptitude to learn new skills and technologies and identify opportunities for improvement

 

Other

Position is primarily based in Columbus, IN but may have the option to be located at other Cummins locations throughout the United States.

 


 

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
