Job Description:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / INSIDE SALES 

Job Summary:


Assists management with administrative support, responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, administer employee benefits, and maintains Branch personnel records. Administrative duties including filing, faxing, data entry, multi-line phones, etc. Other duties as assigned. 
 

Requirements:

 


  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with customers, vendors,   


  • management, and team members


  • Highly organized and efficient at prioritizing workload


  • Experience working in Accounts Payable/Receivables


  • Minimum of 2 years working in general office practices


  • Ability to work with minimal supervision


  • Ability to operate a PC & related software


  • Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.


**All new hires must complete pre-employment background check and drug test**

 

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
