What will I be doing?

The Senior Manager, DoubleTree & HGV Brand Management will help develop the overarching brand strategy and operationalize global initiatives and objectives for the two brands, as well as work across the Full Service Category in support of cross-brand projects. He/she will provide support to and act as a thought partner for the Brand Head and Sr. Director and provide representation/present on their behalf in the instance they are unavailable. The Sr. Manager will play a meaningful role in brand planning and supporting the execution of key brand priorities and MBOs. The Sr. Manager will often be called upon to develop insights, formulate recommendations, construct business cases, and mobile the vital cross-functional resources to achieve our goals.

More specifically, you will:


  • Support and/or lead project management initiatives, and lead and manage data and reporting needs for DTbH and HGV which include but is not limited to MicroStrategy reporting, BOSS reporting, Tableau reporting, and other ad hoc data and analysis needs, provide preliminary analysis and recommendations based on findings
  • Support planning and execution of DTbH & HGV owner & property relations events. This includes but is not limited to owner council planning, general manager and property leadership calls, quarterly business reviews with key partners, and more
  • Support meeting planning and coordination for DTbH & HGV internal and external meetings as well as brand and enterprise conferences, execute on follow up as needed
  • Participate in and support initiatives in conjunction with our HSM Brand Engagement, Global Design, Brand Performance Support, and Food and Beverage teams.

  • Analytical problem solver who will maximize quantitative/qualitative thinking to develop recommendations and provide context around their findings
  • Strong storytelling capabilities for one-pagers and other presentations
  • Matrix-navigation skills among large and complex organization with a commitment to meet deadlines
  • Aptitude in building positive relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including finding opportunities for improvement, and sharing those messages with all applicable constituent groups; positive demeanor and strong appetite to learn

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Six (6) years of work experience in a professional environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience developing strategic recommendations and business cases
  • Experience conducting research and analytical driven initiatives
  • Travel up to 30%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
