Cabinet Production Supervisor
Job Summary
The Production Supervisor position directs and supervises cabinet production operations with overall responsibilities for safety, quality, delivery, to meet designated production schedules. The production supervisor will be overseeing up to 25 production employees in a fast paced 1 piece flow custom cabinet shop and will report directly to the Department Manager.
Job Responsibilities

Manages the safety, quality, delivery, and cost of production.
Train's and manages production employees.
Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.
Inspects the materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Ensure company and plant safety procedures are followed and enforced.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by educating and directing personnel on shop floor organization and facility cleanliness.
Rewarding and disciplining employees' addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Operates assigned area with a sense of urgency to meet company objectives timely.
Constant surveillance of assigned area(s) to ensure on time delivery schedules.
6S lead on process & project improvements ( Sort, Set in order Standardize, Sustain, Shine, Safety)
Leading production employee's in continuous improvement activities.
Building a strong team and developing a lasting positive culture.
