An Assistant General Manager enjoys detailed work and getting things done right. This position reports to the General Manager and should be flexible to the needs of management and the business. An Assistant General Manager is confident in their ability to communicate with co-workers and guests.

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities


  • Execute Flawless Events 

  • Lead Details Meetings and Rehearsals

  • Food and Beverage Management

  • Oversee wedding ceremony processional and recessional 

  • Work as a part of the banquet team and oversee as needed 

  • Maintain venue cleanliness at all times

Job Overview and Requirements



  • Location: Hidden Falls in Spring Branch Texas


  • Job Hours: Full-Time, Weekends and Evenings


  • Pay: Salary $38k plus $100 bonus per event executed 


  • Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History


  • Required Experience: Food and Beverage experience preferred


  • Certifications: TABC, Serve Safe Food Handlers


  • Benefits: Group Medical, Dental, and Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off


  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours


  • Other: Minimum 18 years of age, reliable transportation required
