As a PreConstruction Administrator, you will be expected to bring:

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Working knowledge of Google Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc)


  • Experienced with (or an proven ability to learn) SalesForce


  • A talent for coordinating projects with many moving pieces 


  • Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the manager of the PreConstruction pipeline you will:


  • Conduct and document regular meetings and communication with homeowners, jurisdictions, and our internal teams.


  • Manage the project timelines and work closely with the homeowner and internal teams to keep the project on schedule.


  • Guide our homeowners through the permitting process by working with the local jurisdiction to prepare the permit package on their behalf.


  • Be a resource regarding requests for information, procedures, planning processes, and compliance issues.


  • Support the branch team by assisting with supplies, coordination of homeowner gifts, etc.
