The Role
Mission
Provide full life-cycle parts support for equipment sold to increase part sales through supporting customers and sales team in the field for US and Canada. Grow the parts, kits and lubricants business.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Achieve results per objectives agreed with the Business Line Manager PTS.
2. Proactive approach to promote our parts, kits and consumables to our customers through inbound and outbound call for US and Canada.
3. Provide parts support as needed by sales team , dealers and distributors.
4. Provide recommended spare part lists to members of the sales teams and customers by cooperating with part specialists in the PCs to cover the installed base.
5. Working on processes to cover parts, kits and lubricants business once equipment is sold.
6. Doing potential and price market analysis.
7. Place and manage stock orders for spares , kits and consumables.
8. Work collaboratively with the divisional team to keep Parts Online up to date.
9. Creating and coordination of campaigns with the regional team for the implementation.
10. Coordinate and conduct training as needed by the account(s) on the responsible product line.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect of you*
Experience
This position requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a parts supervisor or manager in a commercial or industrial environment. Experience with parts and service related to portable compressors, generators, light towers, pumps, and hand-held tools is strongly preferred.
Education
This position requires a high school diploma, a bachelor s degree in engineering or other technical field is strongly preferred.
