As the AVP of Digital Enablement and Operations, you will apply a deep knowledge of digital channels, platforms and processes to respond to evolving customer and business requirements across the customer journey, globally.

You will develop define, manage and communicate a robust digital operational strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business goals, meet customer needs, and contributes to achieving key performance measures.

In your role, use relevant inbound data and the processes that support the operational plan, placing high value on communication, agility, and data-driven rigor in executing a roadmap of programs that support Agilent's business goals.

Responsibilities include:


* Lead program management and web operations, including eCommerce, B2B/e-procurement, and customer self-service
* Establish functional KPIs, effective digital data projects, and analytics program
* Partnering closely with digital experience design and content teams, ensure digital capabilities meet customer and business value needs
* Enabling capabilities to efficiently increase revenue, with digital revenue and e-commerce being a high priority
* Shared accountability (with IT partners) for core digital architecture: integrated enterprise systems that drive digital as well as the marketing technology stack
* Ensure alignment and plan for digital component on M&A integrations
* Monitor market, competitive, and technology trends and capabilities to shape and support global digital operations
* Primary ownership of digital project roadmap, working with IT and business partners to coordinate resources and budget to deliver projects efficiently and on-time
* Partner, influence and organize internal groups to bring digital roadmap to life including digital experience design, content, IT, QA, analytics, legal, business units, marketing and others as needed
* Ensure all digital programs and new capabilities on Agilent.com are launched with a robust operational plan and measurement/tracking
* Establish functional KPIs and monitor SLAs with operational teams on regular basis to determine direction and actions
* Key contributor to the annual digital planning process, and the long-term digital vision and strategy

Experience and skills required:


* Minimum of 7 years management experience of digital teams
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Customer focused and data-driven mindset
* Proven experience working and leading Agile processes
* Proven experience with sales and support enablement systems, digital engagement platforms such as marketing automation, virtual event platforms, CDP's, and CRM systems
* Experience in information security, data security, and privacy.
* Clear operational and strategic 360 degree communication
* Experience and digital literacy in adapting to new or reinvented digital business models
* Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate and work in a highly matrixed environment with a flexible and collaborative approach
* Strong operations and execution focus with project and program management experience, or experience managing teams of project managers
* Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
* Experience working in a global organization, and the nuances of regional digital needs and opportunities
* Proven experience building business cases, prioritizing investment choices, and selecting vendors through RFI/RFQ processes
* Experience in UX/UI/CX/EX, brand, digital marketing, CDP's, CRM, and coding are all well regarded
