We are currently seeking a Training Logistics Manager to join our team in Crystal City, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

The Training Logistics Manager will support a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) worldwide training program and is responsible for:

* Oversight of the course scheduling

* Scheduling instructors and facilitators to staff the courses

* Monitoring timely arrival of training materials at training sites

* Serving as primary communication link with USAID customers regarding course arrangements

* Reviewing participant evaluations post-traning, identifying abnormalities and addressing those with the Project Manager to report to the USAID COR

* Sharing course evaluations with instructors and facilitators

* Assuring the performance of at least annual classroom observations of individual instructors and facilitators to reinforce positive classroom behaviors and address deficiencies

* Conducting Training of Trainers and orientation for new instructors and facilitators

Basic Qualifications

* 6+ years of operational experience in training programs including experience assigning staff and/or trainers worldwide

* Active Secret Security Clearance

* Bachelor s Degree

Preferred Skills

* Bachelor s Degree in Training and Education or related discipline preferred

* Training program development

* Project management experience with time sensitive deliverables

* People management skills

* Project management

* Scheduling

* International experience highly desired.
