Job Summary:
Provides assistance to the technical support team utilizing Trimble MEP s applications . Trimble provides Revit, CAD, estimating, layout, and other software solutions for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing industries. Applicant should be able to handle an array of front-facing duties. Applicant must have the desire to keep up with changes in software and technology. Must be able to manage a heavy workload and multi-task, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light possible. Applicant must be able to clearly communicate in both verbal and written form. Position requires a great deal of interaction with internal personnel (management, technical support, and sales) and ability to also work well independently.
Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we are not able to sponsor an H1B visa.
Skills & Experience Required:
Monitors and updates data records
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Analytical and intuitive (capable of following logic and then making the intuitive leap to a solution or root cause)
Ability to think in terms of abstract ideas
Strong communication skills; written and oral
Strong ability with general computer systems troubleshooting
Customer oriented with strong desire to put the customers needs first while following company procedures
High interpersonal/social skills
Capable, preferably thrives in high pressure/time critical environments
Capable of working autonomously or with little guidance
Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
College degree or comparable work experience required
