Technical Training Coordinator - 1st Shift 15758
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training at the direction of the supervisor. This position is responsible to ensure that the employees' skills are being developed to meet the needs of our business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Build close relationships with functional stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage learning solution delivery.
Configuration and preparation of learning environment.
Cross-functional collaboration with other business and regional resources.
Coordinate instructional design and other development and delivery resources as necessary.
Coordinates training need analysis.
Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors for effectiveness
Delivery of training materials, exercises and discussion
Support teams on assessing facility and individual training needs
Utilize current training materials and customize to specific assigned customer.
Organizes and develops or obtains training procedure manuals, guides and course materials.
Evaluates training materials prepared by instructors, such as manuals, outlines, text, and handouts.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
In addition, this position will be responsible for the following:
Training, teaching and coaching more complex courses
Assist in conduct learning needs analysis with supervisors and employees to determine performance gaps and missed opportunities for a defined role.
Designs, develops and delivers course content using effective adult learning strategies.
Assist in making recommendations for class participants, timing and courses for various functions in the business for assigned classes

QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in Multi-craft Maintenance with robotics maintenance certification is required. Train the Trainer certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience training employees to perform multi-craft maintenance duties is preferred.
Experience training employees in a large manufacturing environment is preferred.
At least 3 year working in a manufacturing facility is required.
Ability to facilitate training in small to large groups is required.
Must be able to travel to out of state locations to attend training and support other locations as needed.
Must be willing to work on various shifts to support the needs of the business.
Ability to interface with Automated Systems and training databases is required.
Strong written & verbal communication skills are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must be able to effectively multi-task assignments.Experience:

3+ years' experience in training and coaching is required
5+ years' experience in production maintenance involving skilled trades, robotics, electronics and PLC's (Beckhoff, Siemens, and Allen Bradley) is required
