Content Creation Internship - Emphasis in Video Production at NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER FOUNDATION in Blaine, Minnesota

The National Sports Center (NSC) is hiring multiple content creation interns for the summer of 2020.
Each intern will have a primary area of expertise including video production, graphic design and social media, however, all interns will be exposed to various areas of content creation. These people will focus on producing editorial content, growing brand identity and promoting NSC partners, sponsors, tournaments and additional events. The ideal candidates are passionate about storytelling and sports development and are eager to learn about various methods of content production and digital marketing.

Each intern will have a primary area of expertise including video production, graphic design and social media, however, all interns will be exposed to various areas of content creation. These people will focus on producing editorial content, growing brand identity and promoting NSC partners, sponsors, tournaments and additional events. The ideal candidates are passionate about storytelling and sports development and are eager to learn about various methods of content production and digital marketing.
All internships are a paid bi-weekly stipend. During summer, hours are 40+ per week. Interns should be flexible with time, as many positions require event work in evenings and weekends. Interns MUST be available to work May 29-30, June 18-20, and July 7-19, 2021. The last day of the internship will be Friday, July 30, 2021. All positions are available for course credit as approved by your institution.
Availability to start earlier and end later for right candidate.
Applications are due by February 1, 2020. Interviews for candidates will take place between February 8-19, 2021 at the National Sports Center. Candidates may request alternative dates or interview methods if candidates are selected.
Out of state interns have the ability to stay in the on-campus dormitory housing during the duration of their internship for a nominal fee.
Deadline for application submission will be February 10, 2020. Candidates will be asked to attend an in person interview between February 17-28, 2020 at the National Sports Center. If alternative interview dates or methods are needed, those can be requested through the Internship Coordinator.
Interns from outside of Minnesota have the opportunity to stay in our on-campus dormitory housing during their summer internship for a nominal fee.
