Responsibilities

Primary functions are to provide applicablernphysical therapy care for patients with variousrndiagnoses. Major duties include: patient evaluation, patient treatment,rndocumentation requirements, maintains expected productivity levels (includingrnspecial assignments). The primaryrnfunction is patient care, unless otherwise specified. May be required to rotate between clinicalrnareas and will be required to participate in holiday coverage. May be required to participate in weekendrncoverage as determined by primary work location. Qualifications

Licensure as a California Physical Therapist and current CPR certification.
Minimum 2 years of prior PT experience.
