Job Summary:
Support to the Pharmacy, Pharmacy Managers, and Pharmacy Director within the limits and guidelines of law
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
Minimum of High School graduate or equivalent
National certification as a Pharmacy Technician
Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Two years of experience as a Pharmacy Tech in a Hospital setting
Advanced Technological skills
Friendly with a positive attitude
Strong customer service skills related to promptness, courtesy, teamwork, and problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Attention to detail utilizing skills related to accuracy and mathematics
Commitment to ongoing educational requirements and continuous improvement of work related skills and knowledge
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and show initiative
Must have good people skills while demonstrating the ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations
Must be willing to support the Mission and Vision of the facility
