POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinate and oversee a hybrid (skill lab, online and clinical) LNA Training Program.
SPECIFIC ELEMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinator will assist on-site instructors and leadership in recruitment of students for each cohort, help organize lab and clinical schedules and mentor instructors.
Consult with instructions on syllabus and curriculum.
Evaluate instructor performance and assist with student grievances or disciplinary actions.
Coordinator available to as adjunct instructor as needed.
Strong academic background is required.

QUALIFICATIONS Education Required and/or Preferred:

Licensure/Certification:

Current Registered Nurse License in New Hampshire or compact state
Experience:
* Two years in long term care (skilled nursing facility)
* Preferred Higher education teaching
* Preferred experience with classroom and/or online teaching
