Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Manager I to join our team in Kansas City! This opening will require travel as needed to appropriately manage and execute projects that can be in distance to or out of the region.

Some things you can expect to do:

- Lead construction progress meetings.

- Oversee design development.

- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 4-6 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi-family experience preferred).
