Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of customized, compliant, and high-quality proposals, statement of qualifications, and presentations in the pursuit of municipal and private engineering and consulting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the proposal development schedule to ensure timely and compliant submissions
• Independently write captivating content focused on differentiators, branding, and messaging
• Coordinate and create graphics and other items required to properly convey themes needed to sell the proposal (i.e. creation of proposal templates, infographics, matrices, etc.)
• Visually create magazine quality document layouts that engage the reader by use of call outs, infographics, and other means
• Organize proposal, SOQ, presentation and other marketing material in the Company's databases
• Lead the development of dynamic and visual presentations that are aligned with win themes and messaging.
• Facilitate storyboarding discussions, create slide content, attend interview preparation and practice sessions, and support the team with presentation coaching and delivery
• Work with project managers, marketing management, and office staff to support day-to-day sales/business development efforts

Requirements:

Candidates must work well under pressure and be skilled in communicating and gathering information from many sources. If you have 7-10 years of AEC experience in proposal and presentation development, top-notch editing skills, and proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office we would love to hear from you.

We desire candidates with a B.S. degree in business, marketing, graphics, or communications - consideration will be given for proven years of experience. Other considerations include familiarity with SF254/255/330 proposals, DOT standards, and the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) consulting industry.
