Chief Growth Officer

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will lead business development efforts and play a key role in business innovation and strategy. This position will also serve as a key thought-partner to the CEO and play an important role on the Leadership Team.

The CGO will provide strategic direction and overall leadership for global sales and marketing functions across the company to drive revenue growth, profits, and talent development. This role is accountable for keeping marketing efforts aligned with the organizational vision to deliver optimum client experiences that support and drive revenue growth and profitability..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and oversees the sales and marketing teams having overall accountability for establishing and delivering the revenue plans.


• Provides leadership and oversight on overall Bid, Pursuit, and Capture process


• Finding and executing on new business and product opportunities.


• Develops a strategy for the acquisition and long-term retention of clients.


• Works with operational leaders to advise and implement go-to-market strategies.


• Acts as a champion for the development of the sales and service teams to drive activity, holding sales leaders accountable for performance and business activity.


• Prepares and communicates detailed performance reporting on a timely basis.


• Oversees and manages costs, related expenditures, and budget, adhering to prevailing company policies.


• Provides strategic insights to the executive team.


• Develops and implements strategic initiatives to support corporate strategy and overall growth.


• Business Development, including but not limited to client research, networking, meeting preparation/execution


• Tracks and reports best practice process metrics to stakeholders (C-Suite/CFO, Board, Shareholders)
