Summary of Position
We are looking for a talented Human Resources manager who will lead and manage the routine functions of the employee life cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises, coordinates, provides leadership to and reviews the work of assigned staff and entry level professionals within the human resources department
Manages and oversees the daily workflow of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through termination
Makes recommendations to improve work processes and help promote an atmosphere of continuous learning
Attend weekly company staffing meetings
Create and maintain positive working relationships with other departments within the company business office and other business units
FMLA and multi-states leave management
Responsible for annual corporate performance reviews setup and workflow in ADP Workforce Now
Responsible for application of company policies
Responsible for auditing personnel records and confirming data entry is correct
Provide general guidance and answers to employees questions regarding benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, and learning and development
May provide advice and counsel to managers for employee performance issues including investigations, performance improvement plans, and performance counseling
Performs various 401K fiduciary duties such as internal audits, 401K enrollments and terminations, and quarterly reconciliation
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Some travel within the US may be required

Basic qualifications/experience (the required qualifications which are critical to be considered for the position:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline with 8 10 years of experience and or a masters degree with 6-8 years experience. At least two years in a supervisory capacity is required.
Proven work experience and demonstrated skills in leadership, integration, facilitation, complex problem solving, and conflict resolution in the HR field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong coaching skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communication
Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting and interact and build relationships across the organization
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Desired skills/certifications (any additional skills desired but not required to be considered for the position):
Experience using and setting up modules within ADP Workforce Now preferred
Experience using Deltek Costpoint preferred
SHRM certification a plus
