The Claims Liaison serves as a contact person between new and existing transportation providers/mileage reimbursement members to answer questions and resolve any claims/billing related issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Informs Transportation Providers/ Mileage Reimbursement Members on proper claims submission procedures
* Identify and resolve problems with Transportation Provider /Mileage Reimbursement members
* Answers calls within a specified time frame as determined by LogistiCare.
* Checks voicemails and returns call daily
* Reaches out to internal and external departments as needed
* Adheres to and ensures all company policies are maintained
* Performs other administrative duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in claims processing and training is a plus
* Computer Skills
* Ten Key skills required
* Superior Customer Service and Phone skills
* Must be able to work independently or with a team
* Ability to quickly learn new technology
* Must be able to understand and follow complex instructions
* Ability to accurately type 35 words per minute
